If you’re organising, running or hosting a conference, there’s no better time to promote your company’s products than by through the freebies and technology that is used during these meetings. From ballpoint pens with logos to slide shows with your company’s name watermarked in the background, conferences are the ideal places to do a little simple marketing as you have a large audience who is already attending the conference fully expecting to see myriad advertising products.

So how can you get the most from your promotional conference items? Well, one of the most important things to do is to actually get your logo out there in a way that will appear useful to the client. It’s all very well to have silly and fun items like bumper stickers and window transfers on offer, but which potential customer will actually look at these and decide to check out your company’s website? As for the conference folders, these are fantastic for business clients who need a way to organise their papers, cards and other business tools and want something smart to do it with. All you have to do is add your company logo to the bottom corner and you’ve made a friend for life! Promotional folders are a fantastic way to get potential customers interested and can go a long way towards getting you some new clients!


Conferences are the perfect networking opportunity and if you have the chance it’s a great idea to promote your company while you can. You never know just who might be paying attention!
